Low Carb Butter Cookie Energy Bites - Fat Bombs


These low carb energy bites taste just like danish butter cookies and only use 5 ingredients!  One of my favorite fat bomb recipes!

Servings: 8 Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
  • 3 Tbsp Melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of salt
